SHIPPING

Items are typically shipped 2-3 business days after the order is placed. 

We ship using USPS and UPS.

Most packages are delivered within 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 7 due to weather/shipping delays.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been processed. 

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping rates are flat rates based on weight, and may change at any time. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

If you need an item by a certain date, please email us at hello@mallowmarket.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. 

PO BOXES 

Due to some of our carriers not offering it, we can't deliver to PO Boxes.

RETURNS 

We spend a lot of time curating our products, but if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within two weeks of your purchase date.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and have packaging intact.

Once your return is approved, you will be refunded in full minus the shipping fee. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items and pieces from our vintage collection

OTHER

Once a package has shown as delivered, we aren't responsible for missing or stolen packages. We recommend to make a claim with your carrier.
